The Luxembourg Convention Bureau is looking for a 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 to join our team from September 1st, 2026.
 
As part of our Marketing & Communication and Partner & Community Management team, you will gain practical experience across a variety of projects, including:
✨ Content creation for digital and promotional channels
📱 Social media management and newsletter support
🤝 Partner and community engagement
📅 Event coordination and operational support
📊 Marketing monitoring and reporting
 
We're looking for a Master’s degree student in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Tourism or a related field, with excellent communication skills in English and French, a strong interest in marketing and communication, and a proactive, organised approach to teamwork.
 
This 5–6-month paid internship offers a unique opportunity to discover the #BusinessEvents industry while contributing to the international promotion of Luxembourg as a leading destination for meetings and events.

Last week, the #LuxembourgConventionBureau had the pleasure of welcoming around 200 participants to the Philharmonie Luxembourg / Luxembourg Philharmonic for the latest edition of the Luxembourg Business Events Day.

Bringing together representatives of the entire ecosystem, including venues, hotels, service providers, agencies, institutions and industry professionals, this flagship event provided a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, share expertise and discuss the future of the #BusinessEvents industry.

🎤 We were honoured to welcome an outstanding line-up of speakers: Eric Thill, Maurice Bauer, Miguel Neves, CMP, Anna Abdelnoor, Carlotta Ferrari; Gerda-Marie Rist, Sven Baltes and Thorben Grosser.

Together, they explored the “Megatrends” shaping the future of our industry, from sustainability and AI to geopolitics.

🎤🌍 At #BusinessEvents Day, we once again saw why Luxembourg has a promising future in this sector.
👉 Together with the Luxembourg Convention Bureau, we presented a new strategy to strengthen our international visibility.
👉 We unveiled the Business Events Barometer, which provides us with a solid data-driven foundation and valuable insights into the sector.
👉 We also exchanged views with the various stakeholders of the sector on how we can continue to strengthen Luxembourg’s position as a modern and competitive destination for congresses, conferences, and professional events.

Business events are not only important for our economy, but also for our attractiveness as a destination. With more than 11,600 professional events and 1.3 million participants in 2025, the sector continues to grow dynamically. 👏🇱🇺
